Electromechanical Coupling Dynamic and Vibration Control of Robotic Grinding System for Thin-Walled Workpiece

چکیده

The robotic grinding system for a thin-walled workpiece is multi-dimensional coupling composed of robot, spindle and the workpiece. In process, dynamic effect generated, while stimulates elastic vibration; spindle, as an electromechanical actuator, sensitive to vibration in form load fluctuations. It necessary investigate characteristics under well control system. Firstly, considering between workpiece, model established. Secondly, based on this established model, are investigated. Finally, speed adaptive designed fuzzy PI controller, which can achieve stable has certain suppression at same time.
